Thank you for shopping with Iverzole. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes available within 24–48 hours.


4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.

  • Iverzole is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


5. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Iverzole is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Iverzole is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@iverzole.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes.


8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
